You will be rest assured that your classified and confidential documents will stay that way. When the client furnishes AT certain confidential information relating to a project for purposes of translation, AT agrees to review such information only for the purposes of translation and to otherwise hold such information strictly confidential, and not release any information to a third party without prior written approval. AT further agrees to limit access to these materials to those persons in its organization who are directly engaged in or responsible for translating.

Acceptance of the material is with the understanding that all material submitted, and any copies thereof, will be returned to the client, upon completing the translation of the project.

AT acknowledges that all such information is and will remain property of the client and that unauthorized use will cause irreparable harm to the client. AT agrees that in the event of breach of this Agreement, the client will be entitled to injunctive relief and any other remedies permitted by law.

Disclosure to Third Parties
In the event that AT hires subcontractors to ease business transactions, we will share your personal information with these subcontractors, and they will use your personal information for the sole purpose of providing the specific service they are hired for, and they will not disclose your personal information to any third parties.
